Recapping 2025 and bringing in the new year with a bang at Las Palmeros!
22 were in attendance at Las Palmeras on the first blood challenge Social of 2026 celebrating two blood donors – Leslee Burton & Vic Maris.

Our pledge for 2025 was for 150 donations and we made 89! The good news is that we gained NINETEEN new donors so our pledge for 2026 will remain at 150 donations.
We welcome our new year and set our new goals!
2026 is coming in strong and we hope to raise $475 this year to make it to our campaign goal of $2,000. Thank you to all who have given a monetary donation in lieu of a blood donation! There are many who cannot or should not donate blood but want to support the good work of Canadian Blood Services. Our current team progress as of January 23, 2026 is already at FIVE donations. Way to go Rotarians!!
